Abstract

La empresa SQA S.A maneja su infraestructura de forma incorrecta, esto hace que la disponibilidad de sus aplicaciones no estén en un 100% disponible haciendo perder el valioso tiempo el cual retrasa la entrega de proyectos, teniendo que sacar tiempo cada trabajador para reponer el tiempo perdido ocasionando malestar entre los trabajadores y los clientes que acuden a la Empresa. Es por esta razón que es muy importante el proponer una solución a este problema que existe en el manejo de la infraestructura, por medio del diseño de una red informática que se ajuste a las necesidades de la empresa; la cual permita interconectar las diversas áreas que existen y de esta forma compartir información en tiempo real y por ende mejorar el servicio que se le da a sus clientes.
