Sistema de vigilancia epidemiológica para el control de riesgos profesionales para la conservación auditiva al interior de la empresa creaciones apparel S.A. en el segundo semestre del 2008.

Abstract

Este trabajo contiene todo lo referente a la estructuración y mecanismo de la audición, los factores influyen para una lesión auditiva y como evitar que esto suceda, las medidas de control en la fuente, el medio y la persona; realización de un sistema de vigilancia epidemiológico en una empresa dentro de ello encontramos la conservación auditiva detectando el personal expuesto al factor de riesgo ruido, el cual pueden influir negativamente en la salud auditiva de estos trabajadores. Se enfoca en el área de la Salud Ocupacional por medio del cual se pretende suplir la necesidad de implementar un sistema de vigilancia epidemiológica para la conservación auditiva al interior de la empresa creaciones APPAREL S.A este estudio se realiza con el fin de identificar en la situación diagnostica de las condiciones de trabajo y salud de la empresa expuestos al factor de riesgo ruido. Una vez identificado este factor de riesgo despliegan una serie de acciones que están descritas en este trabajo.

This job contains a wide study referring to the structure and audio function, the factors that may affect the normal audio function and how to prevent this to happen. The control measurements in the ear, the environment and the subject him/herself and the implementation of a vigilant epidemiology system inside a factory which has people exposed to high levels of noise affecting negatively the hearing health of its workers. It focuses in the area of the Occupational Health by means of which one tries to replace the need to implement a system of epidemiological alertness for the auditory conservation to the interior of the company creations APPAREL S.A this study it is realized in order to identify in the diagnostic situation of the conditions of work and health of the company exposed to the factor of risk noise. Once identified this factor of risk despliegan a series of actions that are described in this work.
