Caracterización de la accidentalidad osteomuscular de los años 2005-2006 en una empresa manufacturera del valle.

Abstract

Introducción: La presencia de accidentes osteomusculares a nivel laboral ha conllevado a disminuir la calidad de vida de los trabajadores y ha generado numerosas perdidas económicas para los empresarios. En nuestra actualidad son muchos los cambios y mejoras que se han realizado para mejorar la accidentalidad laboral, el desarrollo industrial cada vez es mas exigente en el buen manejo interno de las empresas, esto incluye el bienestar de los trabajadores por lo que manejan el nivel de productividad y se necesita de un estado saludable para obtener una calidad certificada de los productos, que permita a los empleadores ampliar sus ofertas y servicios para una buena remuneración económica. Materiales y Métodos: La propuesta de investigación es de tipo Descriptiva Porque describe e interpreta las características de un conjunto de objetos de investigación: personas, grupos, tipo de accidente, tipo de lesión, parte afectada, hora, día, tipo de contrato y áreas de interés. En este diseño de investigación hay especial preocupación por decir cómo es y cómo se manifiestan estas variables. Resultados: Tasa de accidentalidad general y osteomuscular caracterizando el área, turno, día de la semana, tipo de accidente, parte afectada del cuerpo, tipo de lesión, tipo de contrato; realizándose el cruce de las siguientes variables: Área/Tipo de Accidente, Tipo de Lesión/Parte del Cuerpo Afectada, Área/Tipo de Lesión; con el objetivo de profundizar y nombrara una mayor correlación de los datos obtenidos. Conclusión: Siendo caracterizada la accidentalidad osteomuscular de la empresa se han identificado diversos factores que conllevan a lesiones osteomusculares y que analizándolos con las funciones laborales pueden corregirse para que no produzca efectos negativos en los trabajadores y a su vez a la productividad de la empresa.

Introduction: The presence of accidents osteomusculares at labor level has borne to diminish the quality of the workers' life and it has generated numerous lost economic for the managers. In our present time they are many the changes and improvements that have been carried out to improve the labor accident, the industrial development every time it is but demanding in the good internal handling of the companies, this includes the well-being of the workers for what you/they manage the level of productivity and it is needed of a healthy state to obtain a certified quality of the products that allows the employers to enlarge their offers and services for a good economic remuneration. Materials and Methods: The investigation proposal is of Descriptive type Because it describes and he/she interprets the characteristics of a group of investigation objects: people, groups, accident type, lesion type, leaves affected, hour, day, contract type and areas of interest. In this investigation design there is special concern to say how it is and how these variables are manifested. Results: Rate of general accident and osteomuscular characterizing the area, shift, day of the week, accident type, leaves affected of the body, lesion type, contract type; being carried out the crossing of the following variables: area/Type of Accident, Type of Lesion/it leaves of the Affected Body, area/type of Lesion; with the objective of deepening and it named a bigger correlation of the obtained data. Conclusion: Being characterized the accident osteomuscular of the company diverse factors they have been identified that bear to lesions osteomusculares and that analyzing them with the labor functions can be corrected so that it doesn't produce negative effects in the hard-working ones and in turn to the productivity of the company.
