Factibilidad de la implementación del servicio de fisioterapia en la Institución Quilisalud E.S.E del municipio de Santander de Quilichao en el departamento del Cauca

Abstract

A partir del planteamiento del análisis de factibilidad para el servicio de fisioterapia en la E.S.E. Quilisalud, se identificaron los factores que influyen en la futura implementación del servicio, por medio de un estudio en el que se identificaron aspectos generales existentes en la población, con respecto al servicio para determinar las características del mercado e identificarla oferta y demanda aplicando instrumentos como la entrevista a la población objeto de estudio y a las entidades que prestan el servicio fisioterapéutico para determinar las características de la organización, se empleó como instrumento una matriz DOFA, por medio de la cual se definió la capacidad de la organización analizando la influencia de factores externos que rodean la prestación del servicio; acorde a esto se realizó un estudio en el cual se determinaron elementos requeridos para el normal funcionamiento del servicio fisioterapéutico, basándose en los pasos requeridos de un estudio técnico; todo esto permitió discernir que la implementación del servicio de fisioterapia en la E.S.E Quilisalud, es factible desde el punto de vista de la existencia de demanda, la cobertura insuficiente por parte de las entidades que actualmente prestan el servicio, las condiciones de Infraestructura favorables y el fácil acceso a los insumos, a pesar de ser más las amenazas que las fortalezas lo cual sugiere adoptar medidas preventivas y medidas de contingencia para mitigar los riesgos existentes.

From the approach of the feasibility analysis for physiotherapy in the E.S.E. Quilisalud service, identified the factors that influence in the future implementation of the service, through a study which identified general aspects existing in the population, with respect to the service to determine the characteristics of the market and to identify supply and demand by applying instruments as the interview to the target population and to entities that provide the service physiotherapist to determine the characteristics of the Organization, was used as instrument an array DOFA, which defined the Organization's capacity by analyzing the influence of external factors surrounding the provision of the service; According to this we conducted a study which identified elements required for the normal operation of the physiotherapist service, based on the required steps of a technical study; all this enabled to discern that the implementation of the service of physiotherapy in the Quilisalud pod, is feasible from the point of view of the existence of demand, insufficient coverage by entities that currently provide service, infrastructure conditions and easy access to inputs, despite being more threats than the strengths which suggests to take preventive measures and contingency measures to mitigate the risks.
