Importancia del plan de beneficios para los colaboradores de Comfenalco Antioquia

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como propósito identificar que tan satisfechos se encuentran los colaboradores de Comfenalco Antioquia con los beneficios que esta les ofrece, se obtiene la información de la realidad a través de la metodología Descriptiva por medio de una entrevista y una encuesta realizada a 20 colaboradores, además se realizará un análisis a los contenidos relacionados con el tema que se hallen en documentos y bibliografías, donde se podrá conocer cuál es la percepción e importancia que tienen algunos colaboradores sobre el plan de beneficios que brinda Comfenalco Antioquia. En los resultados y hallazgos se evidencia que han mejorado las condiciones de los colaboradores, favoreciendo el desarrollo personal, integral y profesional del mismo, mejorando su nivel de vida y el de su familia, de igual manera contribuir a elevar su eficiencia y eficacia en la organización.

The purpose of this article is to identify how satisfied the employees of Comfenalco Antioquia are with the benefits that it offers them, reality information is obtained through the Descriptive methodology through an interview and a survey of 20 employees In addition, an analysis will be made of the contents related to the subject that are found in documents and bibliographies, where you will be able to know what is the perception and importance that some collaborators have about the benefits plan offered by Comfenalco Antioquia. In the results and findings it is evident that the conditions of the collaborators have improved, favoring their personal, integral and professional development, improving their standard of living and that of their family, in the same way contributing to raising their efficiency and effectiveness in the organization.
